We were able to visit the sacred grove and the Hill Cumorah while on our trip in August. As we were moving out to PA we have been able to visit many church history sites and this. certainly was the highlight. Visiting the Whitmer home where the church was established was a uniquely special experience for me (erin). I am not quite sure why that stands out to me but I am grateful for the experience. Being able to visit all the Church History Sites was something both of us have wanted to do for years and it was wonderful to be able to do so together.
