Our Summer and Fall

We have been enjoying ourselves the past few months. We have been bouncing between Utah and California with a stop or two in Nevada.

Rob had some interviews in southern California, so I came along for the ride. We were able to visit with many family and friends.

We spent Thanksgiving in Auburn, CA where Rob received the MVP in the annual Turkey Bowl. We now have the honor of displaying the "beautiful" trophy in our home all year.

Currently we are waiting to meet our baby boy who should be born within the next few weeks or so and for that we are very excited.... and perhaps a bit nervous as well. But mostly excited

Camping in Utah

Camping at six months pregnant was not as bad as I thought it would be. But we had never camped with a body pillow and memory foam either.

Yellowstone August 2009

Yellowstone was amazing. We saw a bald eagle, tons of buffalo, a grizzly bear, and even wolves.  The wolves were 2 1/2 miles away but we got a great look at them through someone's scope.  The park is so diverse and we camped at a different place each night to get a new perspective.  Even though I am only 4 1/2 months along sleeping on the ground was a bit uncomfortable as was hiking on steep slopes but Rob is so loving and helpful that it makes it definitely doable.

New York City for The Weekend

We thought we could either pack or go to New York City one last time before we moved and we  certainly made the right choice.  We stayed with Angie and her husband AJ (a friend I met
at BYU Hawaii).  I wish we had gotten a picture with them but were in the city by ourselves and didn't think of it while at their house.

Rob and I bought discount tickets to Phantom Of The Opera then wondered around the city till it started.  We went into  FAO Schwartz, The Metropolitan Museum of Fine Arts, and found me some ice cream then off to the show.  Phantom was amazing!  We both completely enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't already seen it.

Measuring myself like when on walks with grandma Joyce.

Someone let balloons go in Time Square. There were lawn chairs all in the blocked off street in Time Square, very odd but a great spot to eat lunch.

Mom's Birthday Weekend Surprise

Rob and my mom worked together to get her here for my birthday, and I had NO idea she was coming.  We had a great time together and she was able to see our place in PA before we move.

Kyle's Visit to PA

The wonderful brother that he is, in the winter Kyle drove out our other car to us.  He was our first guest in PA and it was to GREAT having him.  We went to Chocolate World where he was captivated by all the goodies.  We visited Amish country and we went to the Adam Seifert's grave.
